Safe-You – Digital Health-Digital Responsibility: Digital Guidance Academy for Young Leaders
The Safe-You Project aims to support quality improvement and innovation in line with the priorities stated in youth work, and to ensure the identification, development and sharing of appropriate methods to prevent racism, intolerance, risks of digitalization and address the opportunities and consequences of digitalization among young people.
Within this framework, the digital risks the project will focus on are listed below:

The project focuses on key components of digital competence: understanding risks and threats in digital environments, knowing safety measures, considering reliability and privacy, avoiding physical and psychological risks and threats while using digital technologies, protecting oneself and others against potential dangers in digital environments, and safeguarding personal data and privacy in digital environments (SAFETY) while emphasizing INFORMATION AND DATA LITERACY, which involves analyzing the reliability of data, information, and digital content sources, comparing and evaluating them critically, and analyzing and evaluating data, information, and digital content with a critical approach.
Young people and young leaders who will be involved in educational actions for the problem areas, the project is about.
The project aims to increase the knowledge and awareness of young people, to develop their preventive capacity by offering them the opportunity to be a part of the solution, and thus provids lifelong learning opportunities that will support their well-being and personal development. The project also aims to promote active citizenship through toolkits (Toolkit) of digital literacy skills, which means a set of skills and attitudes needed to participate in digital life, live, learn and work in a digital society; thereby aims to support strengthening the sense of initiative of young people, especially in social areas, and promoting their own communities.
