Partnership

Based on a 'Inter-institutional cooperation agreement' the IPoS works closely with its partner, the Civic Institute to promote the Rule of Democracy (CIRD e.V.) to ensure that the projects run smoothly and that all requirements are met in the best possible quality. For each project an 'Understanding on Executive and Implementation Measures' is signed and implemented. 

CIRD is an independent, registered association in Germany and recognized as a non-profit organization based in Lübeck. According to its statutes, CIRD pursues the purpose of 'promoting science and research' and 'popular and vocational training'.
With the outstanding expertise, CIRD e.V. supports in the acquisition of project funds, implementation and administration.
